Nice, wide, flat, with a number of poorly-marked, yet easy to follow trails. Detours to more interesting terrain that's easily seen from the main trail will involve one in dense stands of poison ivy, and awaiting ticks.
Not challenging for most, but can be a very good place for exercise/timed personal endurance training to build stamina.
Closed most of the time for acccess to the large parking areas, but parking along Wm. Floyd Parkway is easy. Just don't block the gate, as local money collectors will slap a ticket before you can say Bob's your uncle.
