Trail Description
About this trail
Some nice hard-packed singletrack. Lot's of log crossing, few rock gardens,
climbs and descents. A nice place to have a fun ride with opportunities to work
on your skills. From the trailhead the trail starts with some uphill to get you
warmed up. Once at the top there are there are multiple options that are
relatively flat and fun. It's mostly singletrack and coming back down to the trail
head was a blast!!

Review: The GPS function will take you right to the trail head but its not easy to see where that is given the complete lack of signage.
To the left there will be a field, this time of year filled with corn and a small dirt parking area. This is where you park. From here you cross the road and pass by the area with the big swinging gate.
The trails are decent but there is nothing marked at all. Everything leads to the bottom but it would be nice to have trails designated within the trail system. There are lots of options and while thats a good thing it kind of takes away from it a bit.
Lots of switch backs and the washing machine entry point mentioned in another review is still valid. If it doesn't look like a washing machine to you its a large steel tub laying on the forest floor.
As of August 2016 the trails are a bit overgrown and lots of random debris on the trail.
Follow the main dirt/gravel road to the top.
Worth checking out, decent.

Review: Some of the best trails I have ever ridden. Don't let the lack of signage and parking scare you off the trails are made to shred! These would definitely be categorized as climb up for the decent but it is worth it! When you start just go straight past the blue and yellow gate and between some poles. Follow the trail and then when it splits go left. Then explore! There are tons of trails all over and I couldn't even do half of them.

Review: This is my favorite place to ride in the local Morgantown area, far better than Coopers and White Park. The central fire road winds up to a split where you want to go left. There is a little bit of everything here from very tight, twisty single track, flowy but technical single track and some downhill sections (a few of which with huge drops - one in particular at the top which is a good 12 footer). There is always trail work going on up here, just recently 3 more miles of tight stuff was added including a teeter totter bridge. Definitely work checking out.

Review: Rode it back in 9/10. Like this trail for two reasons. First, it is right down the road from my buddy's place so we used it as a quick training ride. And second, it is a fun ride that throws enough elements at you to keep you paying attention and on your game.

Review: Rode this trail for the first time on 9/19/2010 and loved it. there is lots of fast, tight, and technical singletrack mixed with some wide open WV Twin Track. at times the ride doesn't seem to flow very smoothly and then you come across a trail that you can enjoy without any decision making. I definitely suggest riding the main trail all the way up to the top before trying any other trails though. The unsightly abandoned washing machine is a good reference point for alternate trail loops and there is a wild stretch of downhill from this point that makes the climb up all worthwhile.
