Network
Trail Description
About this trail
The network is a mix of trail types, ranging from relatively smooth access roads to very technical single track. When you first enter the trail network, you will be on the Arundel High School Cross Country Course. If you cross the stream (either over the bridge or, a bit farther down the trails, straight through the stream, you will reach the access road portion. You will know which one the access road is when you get there-it is wide, pretty smooth, and a lighter, more gravelly surface then the cross country course. Once you reach the access road, turn left, and follow it along until you get to the single track. The entrance to the single track will be a right. All the trails are great, though. The cross country course is also excellent technical terrain (roots, rocks, streams, etc). There are even some features: kickers and a small gap jump on the single track.

Review: Good hills would like it allot more if there were berms but overall pretty fun. Follow the arrows and it will show you pretty much everything the place has to offer. Good hills and easy not to get lost.

Review: If you're in the area and want a short ride, this place is fun. Great trail for beginners to learn. There is a fair amount of variation here. Stream crossings are fun.No worries about getting lost.

Review: I gave it a 2 because it wasn't as I envisioned. Granted you can go fast but as someone else had said, bring people who had never ridden a mountain bike before. This trail would be great for trail runners and for people who walk their dogs. I won't advise anyone else to use this trail if you want a challenge. Not going back to this trail EVER!!

Review: Ok trail, mostly wide and not much signage beyond the XC course, would be a good place to take a novice rider. I encountered a few ATV's so be on the look out. Can connect to Odenton Park. Probably only explored a small part of the system but probably won't be back, there are many better trails in the area.

Review: Lots of fun fast descents if you know where to look. Spend a day to get to know the trails and come back with better knowledge of where to go and you'll have a blast.

Review: These trails are unmaintained and in fairly rough shape. If you stay out of the ruts from the water, its pretty easy. All the climbs are very short, (30-60 yards). There are a couple of sections that are pretty rough but most of it is pretty smooth. Good spot for a beginner to try mountain biking for the first few times because you're never far from the parking lot.

Review: Great intermediate trail. Has gotten rutted out a bit over the years, but still has some good hills & obstacles to play around on. Different trail options extend the ride a bit.
