Nothing spectacular but some fun stuff. No single track, it's all used for cross country skiing in the winter. Ridge Run is a good fun one, Snowsnake if you really want a workout. Take Ridge Run to the old ski area (Bova). There's an unmarked trail where it splits off, you can see the remnants of an old lean-to.

Take I-86 to exit 21, turn onto Parkway Dr. (left from the west, right from the east) and go to Allegany State Park. Park at the summit, trails are across the road.
