Review: I finally found the location. It is at Gavin Point Recreation Area. This should be called GAVIN POINT, not Lewis and Clark Lake which created confusion for everybody.
However...the trails are mainly made for horseback riding. It's definitely not build for MTB, just for poor horses carrying the riders. A lot of trails are steep which I spent most of my time hiking up the steep hills. Many steep trails are kinda rough from wash out and torn up by horses hooves which downhill riding aren't quite fun. That's why I rated it one star. It's leg killer riding which might be fun for steep climb riders, not me. :)
