With 3 locations the service is hit or miss. They have some rather nice and knowledgable sales/mechanices. They also have some mechanics that talk down to you like you don't know nothing about biking. If you bring in a $4K bike I think you know a little bit about biking. I can only imagine if you brought your Wal Mart bike in. I continue to give them a chance regardless of the one mechanic I avoid. They stock Santa Cruz, Giant, Raleigh and I believe they may still have Scott.
The only bike shop in the area that has a quality mtb rental inventory. Guys on the phone were cool and helpful on where to ride. 210-495-2453 is the rental shop
