Review: My wife and I just bought our first mountain bikes from here. The service was great and the guy was very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices seemed on par with other places we looked. I liked this place because other places we went didn't seem too happy to help newbies or help you if you weren't in the market for a $5k bike. These guys were super helpful.
Review: As a newbie limited to this months magazine rack knowledge the staff was supportive and welcoming. Looking for a FS MTB was intimidating. Technical this ,angle that ,and prices that leave no room for an uneducated guess. After the positive welcome and honest response I was walked thru specs and mechanic functions with traing wheels. They didn't come out right and pitch me a sale that would require putting my home up as collateral or a bike that leaves no room for technical growth. They fit me to a bike, went over all specs, and suggested local trails. Prices are competitive (financing available) and after purchase services included add to the warm and fuzzy. I normally don't write reviews but this had to have been the single best and most comfortable purchase I have made as a consumer.
Review: The guys at this shop are top notch people. They care about their customers, and the bikes that they sell, and they want their customers to have great experiences on their bikes. The owners and employees are active in the local cycling community, and support the local club in trail building efforts, as well as mechanics coming out and attending club rides and social rides. Frequently they bring tools and extra tubes which newcomers end up needing before it's all said and done. The prices are fair, and the service is world class. It's hard to imagine a better place to buy a bike or get the latest gear.
