My wife and I bought our bikes here along with bikes for our kids. Excellent experience throughout. I was having some derailleur issues not long after, took my bike in and after doing some minor adjustments and other things traced the problem to a bent hanger, apparently the shipping company isn't always as careful as they ought. Needless to say, they straightened it and shifts smooth as butter. Few weeks later I took in a wheel from our sons bike after he had a problem and bent 2 spokes, they replaced them and trued the wheel at a very reasonable charge. These guys are the greatest and I will be visiting them again and again.
I've worked with this location a few times over the years and I have had an excellent experience every time. My husband and I purchased five bikes just this week, one for each member of the family. Each employee we worked with was kind and patience as we selected our bikes, tried them out and sized. They were helpful and knowledgeable answering questions on the bikes with absolutely no pressure to buy. Our bikes were even delivered to us out of town. When it comes time to upgrade, we will go back time and again.
Great staff that is very knowledgable and patient with riders that are new to MTB!! My wife and I purchased new bikes in September of last year and had a wonderful experience purchasing from these guys. Corey and James S helped us to find properly fitting bike that would meet the needs of our intended purposes which was to shed pounds and shred trails!! I'm ready to upgrade to a higher end full suspension bike and will definitely return to these guys. Keep up the great work and thank you for sharing your knowledge!!
