Unfortunately Chris left... The new manager is not very personable. Recently had a warrantee issue and they were able to get the part warranted by Marin but wanted to charge me $65 to install the part. When I wanted to take the bike and part to do it myself they said they would void all future warrantee. I stood there and watched the mechanic do the work and had to correct/teach him more than once. He would have done it wrong and in my opinion the bike could have been unsafe to ride. Definitely would find somewhere else to go now that Chris is gone.
Love Chris he helped me find the bike I loved and just reviewed and as a guy that also rides with a price point he helped me get a great deal on my bike which rocks because I found a lower price and he was able to match it tax free. He helped me multiple times with set up and tire repairs. He also sold my friend his bike so highly reccomend Chris and no one else anywhere.
