The staff that work at Maui North are very friendly and helpful. I went to for the first time when I decided to take up mountain biking as a hobby and I was looking for a bike to start out with and to learn on. The staff were able to answer all the questions I had and steered me towards a Trek Marlin 5, they even told me to take it out and ride it around town for however long I wanted. Long story short I bought that bike. Since then I have made multiple trips to the store and bought most of my gear from Maui, they are also one of the few Trek and Cannondale dealers in the Champlain Valley region.
