Bike rack has always been my go to. I had issues with an older trek top fuel that no one in town could figure out. Kelly Smith did. And whenever i had questions or any small issue he always took the time to take a look, many times not even charging me for little tweaks. HE WAS A GREAT MAN THAT WAS LOVED WHAT HE DID.

I bought my bike online and took it to another store in town for some work, and they did a horrible job. I took my bike to the Bike Rack and they were fast and did amazing work with great prices and honest work. They did not overcharge unlike the other place. The Bike Rack will be the only place that I will take my bike to in Omaha
This is where I purchased my new Trek. Prior to that I also visited here for items and parts. Great friendly staff and techs. They work all bikes and some know more than others. Always great quality work and service. Place is really good about following through. Store is pretty big and known as one of, if not the best bike shop/store in town. Worth the drive across town.
