Review: Very happy with the service staff. I took my bike to another local shop and it came back worse that when I brought it in - tubeless wasn't beaded properly, brake bleed was leaking, shift adj was still loose and tires were mounted on the wrong rims. BikeSource had everything fixed for $60 less and done in 1 full day. High five guys!
Review: GO to s store where they will take care of you. The guys in the service center are more than techs. BikeSource gets a 5 for the service's they perform. A few of my friends front suspension forks were custom tuned by one of the techs; you can bet that mine is next.
Review: I got to talk to a handful of guys at the shop and they seemed genuinely stoked about bikes. Best mechanics of any shop I have been too. Lots of other people know this too, so get your bike in early. Good selection including Specialized, Yeti, and Niner. Weekends seem busy, but those guys know their stuff so its worth waiting. I'd buy my next bike there.
Review: I've been in here twice, once by myself and once with my wife. The first time it took them 10 minutes to even acknowledge us. We asked for a test ride and we waited 10 minutes for the guy to come back from the service area with the bike so we left. The other time I was in there for 15 minutes, no one said a word and I saw at least three employees chatting and laughing it up and I was one of two customers in the store at the time. I don't care about their prices or brands, because they have horrible service as far as I'm concerned. I went across the street to Bicycle Pedaler and I was immediately greeted when I stepped in the door.
