Get it if you have a BRAND NEW cassette with 42 or 46 and want a lower gear. If you have an old cassette, you are better off changing the whole thing since the teeth will be worn differently.
Pros Easy mod to get 49 tooth rear sprocket. They sell you a 49T and an 18T. You ADD the 49T, pull off the 17T & 19T, ADD the 18T and reinstall the cassette. Screw in the "B" adjustment to move the der. cage to the rear, & it's ready to go.
