Its good for the price. It came stock on my bike and held up pretty well with regular maintenance. It does tend to ghost shift every now and then.

Came stock with my bike. Works well considering it's price but I'd buy something else if I had the choice.

    Pros
Good price, acceptable shifting and durable enough considering the abuse.

    Cons
Hard to dial in shifting. I tune it often and it will be fine for a while and then I'll get shifting issues like skipping and rubbing.

I'd recommend this to anybody needing an affordable rear derailleur that will hold up over time and doesn't mind a little extra weight.

    Pros
    -Cheap and durable
    -Clean shifts

    Cons
    -heavy

This was stock on my bike and it drove me crazy. I would get it tuned up and not more than 20 miles later it would have shifting issues. There was a lot of ghost shifting with this rear derailleur. If you have the money buy a better derailleur.

    Pros
    Price, performance per dollar ratio

    Cons
    durability, precision

This derailleur isn't built nearly as well as the X.9 (my go-to rear derailleur). The lack of durability is a downside, and the shifting is not nearly as crisp.

It IS about half the price of an X.9 though, so if you don't have a lot of $$ to spend, I'd give this derailleur a look.

    Pros
    Price

    Cons
    Durability and crispness
