I've never had any problems with my XO/Elixers but I definitely felt an immediate difference. Everything is loose and dusty right now in SoCal so anything steep is usually a controlled slide down a silt and rock filled rut. I felt an improvement in the ability to control my braking and avoid the skid. Very confidence inspiring brakes.

    Pros
These are some great brakes with greatly enhanced power and modulation over the XO/Elixer brakes I've been using for the last three years. The four piston design gives you a very smooth feel and the new lever design removes any dead space in the lever pull. Braking is immediate when you touch the levers. This is a huge upgrade over previous offerings. Design uses same clamp design integration with shifters.

    Cons
    None found so far.
