It's a great multi function pedal in which I can either clip in or ride with regular shoes and still ride with no issue. If you are new to mountain biking than this is a great start-up pedal for you.

    Pros
Great pedal, easy to install and adjust with no issues. Light weight compared to others and great starter pedal.

    Cons
    None so far

Adjusted as loose as possible, but still doesn't like to let go on the left side. Even as loose as possible, never have problems with accidental pull out.

    Pros
Added stability from the cages is not just a selling point, it is true.

    Cons
    L doesn't like to disengage

They are one of the best entry level pedals out there and they are SPD how can you go wrong.

    Pros
Great price around fifty bucks, and they are easier to ride with regular shoes than the plain SPD cleats.

    Cons
The do not love the mud I have had some problems with them clogging up on wetter days.

    I LOVE THESE PEDALS.

    Pros
I love that they feel like my old BMX bear claws I used when I was little. After mastering the adjustments, they are really easy to clip in & out of. I like that I can still use them even if one or both feet are unclipped, which was great for when I was learning how to ride clipped-in.

    Cons
    None so far!
