    I use this to lock my commuter bike to the rack at work, but I wouldn't use it in NYC or anything.

    I leave mine locked to the rack year round and it hasn't rusted or anything.

    Pros
    Works as intended.
    Small enough to fit in a pack.

    Cons
    A determined thief could probably defeat this lock.
