Without a doubt I would buy another. It holds my bars; never had it slip or had bolts loosen. The only real downside is the price.
The stem mounts stick out and they would take a chunk out of your knees if you were to hit them against it. However, I've never experienced it first hand nor have I heard of any instances.

I was pretty stretched out with my 105mm stem. Its hard to find a stem between 50mm and 90mm. This guy fit the bill at 70mm and looked good to boot. Very happy with it.
