While a little more expensive than composite floor pumps, this pump is heavy duty and high quality.

Pros
Durable - metal parts and wooden handle. The threaded flip chuck makes it easy to use and gentle enough for presta valves.

Cons
On a few occasions when inflating road bike tires the gauge would be stuck on "0".

I think this is a great pump. Great classic design and works. Thats always a plus.

Pros
Made from steel. Classic design. High pressure and high volume pump. Nozzle is metal and screws onto valve stem.

Cons
Pulled off a valve stem from a road bike tube when unscrewing nozzle.
