I like these better than gels. Sport beans taste good and you actually feel like you've eaten something. They're not messy like gels. It doesn't take long for me to feel more energetic after I've eaten them.

These are great for energy and taste like jelly beans. Careful while eating them on the bike while riding hard though. Heavy breathing plus a jelly bean could end up with one down the wrong pipe.

I mix and match these with gels and other energy snacks. The great thing about these though is that my kids love them and I can keep them stoked on long hikes or bike rides. They will do gels if they have to, but they love these.
