I recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable fork with a ton of travel.

    Pros
CTD: Climb setting really makes a difference and feels just like a rigid fork, Trail setting is a happy medium, Descent setting opens up all 160mm of travel and makes the descents feel like butter. Coming from a 100mm Suntour, this fork has changed my riding ability overnight.

    Cons
Many reviewers in the bike mags criticize the 32 for lack of rigidity and recommend the 34, unless you are a very seasoned rider and hit the burliest of trails this won't be a con for you, but I guess it must be said.

Great choice for XC riding and racing.

    Pros
Excellent adjustability and small bump compliance. Light weight.

    Cons
Not as laterally stiff as some other forks in the rough stuff.

It's a good quality lightweight fork that performs great, and won't let you down on the rides. It does however tend to need more attention than some other brands.

    Pros
    - quality made
    - works very well as intended
    - relatively lightwieght comparatively speaking
    - easy to adjust
    - plush ride
    - can pick a line and hold it
    - Looks sharp on a bike

    Cons
    - Leaky
    - seals blow easy
    - preasure needs to be checked and maintained regularly

I got to use one of these from a buddy's Fuel EX8 and it got the job done without casuing any headaches along the way. Unlike some of the other fox forks I have owned, this one seemed to have no seal issues.

    Pros
Leaks less than most fox other fox forks. Not a boat anchor but not a feather either.

    Cons
The model I used only came in a QR axle but apparently that's been fixed.

This has been an extremely solid fork and has taken a lot of wear and tear. Overall, I'm very pleased with it.

Great fork works wonderful on ruff terrain. I reccomend this over the TALAS its lighter not prone to some dammage compared to the TALAS.

    Pros
Great fork can take a hit or two. low sticktion tonnes of adjustability....RLC allows both compression and rebound tuning.

    Cons
Needs heavier oil for heavier people

If you want a quality ride and the dependability of Fox products, but don't race or huck the big gaps, these are the top of the line for relativly little money. They will help keep your front wheel on the ground over the bumps and keep you from getting "monkey butt" on the long epic rides...GREAT FORKS

    Pros
The forks offer a very noticable and adjustable dampening/rebound. I've rode them in various terrain and they definetly soak up the bumps. It's not just something on a sales brochure to get you to buy them. So they can be easily dialed in for a variety of terrain and riding styles. They also live up the quality you know you'll get when you buy a product from Fox.

    Cons
Until I dialed them in for me, they were prone to diving during heavy breaking. A little air and some playing with the dampening/rebound eventually fixed the problem. They are a bit pricey for a entry level Fox fork.
