    If you ride a 1x9 XC rig you need one of these. Does its job, period, without any fuss.

    Pros
    Lightweight, easy to install and maintain. Super solid and durable.

    Cons
    White looks hot when it's new but mine is quickly becoming gray/brown from dirt and grease.
