Buy these for long range hauls - forget about the extra grams, these things will all but eliminate the dreaded dead-hands

    Pros
    Excellent ergonomics.
    Sticky grip even during monsoon.
    Never throttles.
    Extremely durable

    Cons
Difficult to find in my area.
The sticky insert begins to peel at 8000km. :-).

    Cons
takes time to get use to

I love these grips because they are cushy enough that I don't have to wear gel gloves, but such a great fit that it doesn't feel bulky when I do. I feel so much more stable having a solid place to put my hands and it's helped me from over gripping on techy descents.

    Pros
    Fit
    Comfortable
    Stability

    Cons
Price if you don't value comfort

These go on ever bike I ride. Can't live without them. If your hands or wrists hurt, go right out and get these. I like them just tight enough so that I can adjust them without a wrench on the trail.

    Pros
    comfortable

    Cons
    price

I've been running these for three years (12k miles) now which is recommendation enough as most grips only last around six months. They are also extremely comfortable.

    Pros
Very comfortable for long rides. Durable.

I bought a set of these to try on my FS bike, and ended up with them on my SS too. They provide a lot of support for your hands, making longer rides more comfortable, especially with larger hands. With more to hold on to, you don't have to hold on as tight to have a good grip on things. These grips greatly increased my overall sense of control on the bike.

    Pros
    Comfortable, durable, lock on

    Cons
    Heavy

These came mounted on my new (to me) bike, and I said I'd keep them there to see how they were. I've put 30 miles on so far and it has been... interesting. Definitely a different feel from normal grips, but they feel quite comfortable. They are on some extremely funky bars (On-one Mary), so I've changed a HUGE quantity of variable from my previous ride. I've found that I'm putting too much weight on my wrists, though I'm not sure if that is due to the grips or the extreme 40* sweep of the bars.

I'll continue to use them and may put them on some normal bars to see if I still like them. They are better than most, but not phenomenal for me.

    Pros
Comfortable, great support, makes longer rides a bit easier to deal with.

    Cons
Too comfortable, in that I start putting too much weight on my wrists.

I believe really helps for numbness issues, so if that is your problem get them.

    Pros
Good feel for the climbs and resting on easy ride. Easy to install and adjust, locking into place without moving.

    Cons
Grey colors turns a little darker after use, black would have been better.

Definitely recommended if you have any sort of numbness issues with your hands.

    Pros
Great feel, mostly eliminates the tingling and numbness I get most of the time.

    Cons
When adjusted neutral for comfort, steep downhills can be a problem as the 'wings' prevent wrapping the heels of your hands lower on the grips.
