    Pros
The trainer itself works well, and is in good condition.

    Cons
It is very boring watching the wall for an hour and a half.

I had to buy a slick tire for this unit. Make sure you get a tire made for a trainer. I first got a wide road bike tire and the rubber will start to melt on the roller. My local bike shop told me I needed to use a tire designed for this trainer. After changing tires I no longer have had a burned rubber smell.

    Pros
    Provides a good workout.

    Cons
Able to out ride the magneto resistance.
    No coasting with this unit.

Over all this thing is great. Took my OE rim and mounted the trainer tire on it. Very smooth, and constant! I love the progressive resistance! Can warm up at a nice easy pace, then kick it down a couple gears and feel the burn!

    Pros
resistance is great! the harder you push, the more you get.

    Cons
I guess the lack of coasting could be one, although I like to keep a good pace going when on it. Had to buy a $40 tire to work with my Mtn bike.

This trainer has worked very well so far. Surprisingly quiet and smooth. Provides a great indoor workout. I have only had my road bike on it but I would imagine mtb tires would produce a nasty growl. Only downfall I have seen so far is there is absolutly no coasting. The back wheel slows imediatly without constant cranking. All in all a decent trainer for the price.
