Prosjust simply delicious.
I have tried nearly every cliff branded products out there over the years. Cliff bars are very durable and will last for months and months in your sweaty pack. Packaged well
Usually have a number of these hanging around, definitely gives a boost when you are on the trail
easily breaks even when cold
This bar is one of my favorites. It tastes good and is quite filling. I can find this brand and flavor in almost every grocery store.
This is one of my favorite flavor Clif bars.
easy to carry on rides.
Consneed to drink water with or risk drying out!
Clif Bars are a great snack on my way to a ride after work when I'm hungry. They are very easy to pack for trail snack. I usually have a Cliff Bar or a Kashi Bar in my Camelbak along with jolly rancher candies.
Pros- filling as are all the Clif Bars
- small and easy to pack
- like twinkies as they stay for a long time.
- a variety of flavors
I use Clif bars as cheap pre-ride snacks. I sometimes pack them on longer rides as well for during-ride snackage. If you don't like this particular flavor, they have a TON of different flavor options. I like to leave this one on the dash in my car on warmer days and it turns into a warm dessert.
Pros-Healthy calories for energy to ride
-Cheap if purchased in bulk
-Tastes great. Almost like a resse cup.
Cons-If you're riding with a bar in your pack and it's cold out, it will harden up a bit.
good choice for an energizing snack to keep you truckin out on the trail.
ProsLong lasting energy, easy to pack, doesn't taste too bad not my top choice from clif bar but one that i can see m,yself enjoying out on the trail.
ConsMake sure you have water handy when you eat this out on the trail cause it'll leav you dry.
I have had plenty of clif bars and I've never really grown to like them. Peanut clif bars are one of the worst flavors I have tried. They aren't bad and have the energy you need to keep going. I also find them to be dry.
Prosinexpensive, easy to pack, full of energy
A good taste, small package and great amount of energy. Cliff bars are my favorite energy bar out there. I'll continue to buy them, especially when they go on sale at the local supermarkets.
ProsEasy to pack
Replenishes energy spent on the trail, getting up hills, over rocks, and through streams
This flavor is one of the better ones, but it seems a bit dry to me. It still has the sodium and protein that is necessary to keep your legs going mile after mile though while keeping your hunger at bay.
ProsTaste, provide energy, prevent cramping, filling
I would definitely recommend the Chocolate Chip Peanut Crunch bar.
ProsFor those wanting the best of both worlds, the Chocolate Chip Peanut Crunch is were it is at! Nice blend of peanut flavor (I would say a peanut butter flavor) and chocolate chip, for a great tasting energy bar.
ConsJust like the Chocolate Chip bar, this could use a bit more chocolate chips, but definitely not complaining, cause it still tastes good!
