Highly recommended. Was wary of putting a Brooks saddle on a mountain bike, thought they were too dainty and couldn't handle the abuse. But, a buddy who used to professionally MTB race raved about them, so I gave it a shot and couldn't be happier. Takes about 100 miles to break in, so you have to be patient with it. But, for me the breaking in period wasn't too bad. Couple rides in Breck and a couple HUGE rides in Crested Butte and this saddle never gave me much trouble while breaking it in. Once fully broken in, thing's glorious. My taint's never been happier, just super comfortable, which allows you to ride all day long. If you get it from this shop (Wallingford Bikes? something like that) online, they give you a 60 day trial period, if you don't like it, you can return it no questions asked. Expensive, but very worth it for not getting numb nuts anymore. And, these saddles last forever, so it's well worth the money.
Pros Super comfortable (once broken in). Allows real long days in the saddle without butt pain or grundle numbness. Looks sharp.
Cons Takes a little bit to break in (100 miles or so). When flipping your bike over to take off the front tire you can scuff up the seat a bit. Expensive (but, last forever).
