My experience on these is limited, but if I had the money to burn on new brakes that might need to be replaced every few years these would be my top choice.

    Pros
    Great modulation, excellent stopping power

    Cons
Not the best track record for noise/reliability

I have run these brakes on my last 2 down hill bikes and have not had an issue. I never experienced brake fade. They have good modulation and as already mentioned massive amounts of power.

    Pros
    Light.
    Power for days.
    Tool less reach adjustments.

    Cons
    Organic Pads wear out quick.

I had the Elixir CR's before these and the XO Trails are a night and day difference in every way. They have unbelievable modulation and they're so quiet and smooth. I love the initial bite, I'm not a fan of brakes that are super grabby on the initial pull and have nothing left afterwards.

    Pros
    Power, weight, noise free, smooth

    Cons
None yet but I'll update if something comes up.

Love these brakes and use these mostly on my DH and long legged bikes. Brakes work squeal free with tonnes of brakeing force

    Pros
    Excellent braking power and modulation.
Fairly light weight and great lever feel.

    Cons
200mm rotors can have some fit issues with Some brand forks that only work with 203mm spacing
