If your still using mech brakes these are great to fine tune the feel. You can set them up fairly easy. With mech brakes the front lever pull always felt better than the rear. The long cable that is needed for the rear is the reson for the crappy feel. With these levers you can kind of compensates for that.

    Pros
    Adjustability
    Best mech levers

    Cons
    None

The best mech levers available on the market. If you run mech brakes these are a must and an immediate upgrade.

I'm only giving them a 4 because in my mind mech brakes are a thing of the past. Descent hydros can be purchased for just a couple of bucks more.

    Pros
    - Adjustable levers
    - Good leverage
    - Everything feels tight and well built
    - Cheap!

    Cons
    - Mechnical brakes
    - Resale value is poor

Not bad for V brake levers. Wish they were a bit more durable but the cost probably is a huge factor in that.

    Pros
Super cheap and decently adjustable for v brake levers.

    Cons
Flimsy levers that warp upon almost any impact. Luckily they can be bent back.

These can be found all over the internet for 20. They are incredibly easy to install and have held up well under any abuse I've thrown at them. These are some of the best mechanical brake levers available.

    Pros
Price, durability, easy maintenance, allows fine tune adjustment, and easy installation.

    Cons
    adjusting takes time to perfect.
