All Monster Drinks
They are big sponsors of action sports events.
These are terrible for you.
I really don't mean to rip someone or a product, but if you need to hydrate, use water. If you really are mid race and feel you need something more than that, maybe Gatorade, but that's really where it should end. These drinks with lots of sugar and/or caffeine and who knows what else are just not what you want in a pre-ride drink to hydrate. I'm a bit hypocritical as I do drink coffee in the mornings, but when I do ride soon after my morning cup, I'll do my best to hydrate with water on the way to the ride and I can always feel the effects of the coffee on my ride. Coffee/caffeine dehydrates instead of hydrating your body. So, it's worse for you. I'll quit now but while I've got your attention, you kids get off of my lawn. Take those Monster drink cans with you.
