Taste good, well at least not chalky. Works great.
I used GNC protein for a few years. One my friends suggested I try this as we had the same recovery rate with the GNC protein. We both found the recovery was outstanding, never feeling the "ride" the day before. I only take it after hard rides. And I do not take it every day. I would recommend using a little more water than suggested help thin it out and rehydrate anyways.
