Pros: Easy to stag in your pack

Recommendation: Not a bad choice bar to change up your food on the go stash.

Pros: gets you the needed nutrients light doesn't settle heavy in your stomach great choice for the trail.

Cons: not quick fuel kinda just a snack for on the trail. I don't see them sold individually and you need to purchase these at the grocery store your not gonna find them much of anywheres else.

Recommendation: good choice for out on the trail energizing and settles good in the tummy!

Pros: Great taste, healthy, filling

Cons: can cause constipation

Recommendation: These are great but I try to not eat them before a ride due to possible side effects (hint hint). I will use them more after a ride on the way home with some chocolate milk.

Pros: Taste. Plenty of nutrients esecially fiber and calcium.

Cons: Not quick energy

Recommendation: These will keep you regular but not with any immediate worries. Excellent to fill the stomach in the morning before a ride.
