Just about everything. The fit was awful. Felt okay at first but quickly stretched too much. The buckle was poorly placed for foot security on my foot. Damage to the shoe occurred only after 2 or 3 rides. After a season of riding 4xs a week fairly aggressive riding, the shoes looked about 4 years old. In 6 months time, I was able to rip 3 holes in the side of the shoes, wear out the insole, and rip the entire cleat out of the sole. WTF?! Diadora used to be my favorite shoe. I have owned two pair before this for a total of 10 years. That is pretty good use, but a pair of $140 shoes (retail) that doesn't last a single season is ridiculous. Diadora spent too much time on looks, and didn't listen to the function design team.
don't buy these unless you get them on super sale. I paid $70. I see them online for $45 or so now. I wouldn't pay $20 for them.
