Model/Year: 2001 In the Metallic Gold

Pros: The fork with its oil/air combo made for a fun ride. I beat the crap out of it and it kept coming back for more. Like the lock-out feature and the ability to adjust the ride for the terrain.

Cons: Paint is flaky. Paint chipped off the bottom off the fork where the wheel quick release is located. Rebuild is kind of tricky and messy, but kits are available.

Recommendation: If you can get this fork for a good deal take it. It is good fork that if in good cond. can be a nice ride. I am fixing to rebuild my Psylo Race and use it on another bike build.

Pros: - adjustable travel!
- easy adjustment
- smooth movement when compressed
- the adjustment interfaces are easy to move and grip even with age
- Durable so far!

Recommendation: This fork came on a recent project bike I obtained. This Giant Warp was built for free ride and use for such. It has been ridden a lot and ridden hard. This fork is still ready for more. I love the adjustable travel and the movement is smooth. I am excited to put this to good use this upcoming season!
