Pros: Gets a bladder nice and clean.

Cons: $$$

Recommendation: Baking soda works great as stated, but an even easier cleaner is to fill your bladder with water and let one efferdent tab (denture cleaner) dissolve in it over night. Rinse well after, but no scrubbing necessary.

Pros: Easy to use. Effiecent.

Cons: Expensive compared to home remedies.

Recommendation: These are great for when your away from home so keep some on hand to keep your reservior nice and clean.

Pros: Clean and simple.
1 tablet as opposed to several powders and potions.

Cons: Price.

Recommendation: As other reviewers have noted you can get the same results with baking soda and elbow grease for a lesser cost. If time is your enemy invest in these tablets or source them from ebay - the do make cleaning a pleasure not a chore.

Pros: Great 1- drop cleaning for your camelbak

Cons: Use warm soapy water and / or baking soda to do pretty much the same thing.

Recommendation: Works great - does exactly what you expect them to do- But not really neccessary - unlike the camelbak cleaning kit itself. Soap /water & baking soda will work just fine with slightly more elbow grease. But defintiely the easiest way to go about cleaning your bladder.

Pros: small package sealed to keep moisture out. Easy to store in bike pack or pocket.

Cons: Little pricey but not if you look on ebay.

Recommendation: Buy on ebay and save! use frequently and your water won't taste yukky! These work great!!

Pros: These are the bomb! They work very well with no complaints, even though baking soda works well to.

Cons: Price

Recommendation: Excellent for cleaning & sanitizing your water bladders

Recommendation: Seemed to work. I thought it was a bit pricey; now I just use a dash of baking soda when I do my cleaning and that seems to work just as well.
