Pros: Plenty of storage space for gear, food, tools, spares, 100oz of water, helmet, keys, wallet, and pretty much any thing else you could throw at it.

Cons: Can't think of any. Quite a versatile pack for riding and hiking. Might be a bit much for running, but I have a smaller pack for running.

Recommendation: This pack is always with me when I go out for a ride. The bladder capacity allows me to be out on the trails for 3-4 hours and not worry about running out of water. And there is plenty of space to store some munchies, tools for possible repairs, keys, wallet, cell phone, and extra clothes. I've used it on my bike and hiking with great success. Picked it up on a deal from Nashbar and I do not regret it one bit.

Pros: Great size, near perfect organization, tough, fits well

Recommendation: Found this for clearance at REI and after riding with I I have to say I wish CamelBak had not redesigned this pack into a completely different one. It is the perfect size for me and carries all of my gear very comfortably. It does not move on my back while I ride and helps keep my back from hurting on long rides. If you can still find them on clearance get one! The new bladder (Antidote) is amazing. Quick link, easy open lid and drying arms make it about as perfect as it could be.
