Model/Year: 2010

Pros: Durable
Lightweight
Race ready
Great looks

Cons: None

Recommendation: Can you really go wrong with anything in the XT lineup? These are no exception. I had a set of wheels built up on XT hubs using Mavic 321 rims and absolutely loved them. I rode that bike for 4 years and never had one issue. These are highly recommended.

Model/Year: M756

Pros: Quiet freehub. Smooth rolling. Good weight.

Cons: Can't convert to different axle standards. Cup and cone style can be a nuisance to service.

Recommendation: I had these on a set of Stans Arch EX hoops. They are decent hubs, with Deore XTs long proven durability. Not too difficult to service if you know what you're doing. Check the locknut tightness after your first ride on new hubs as it may work itself loose (QR).

Pros: -Great engagement
-Sturdy
-Not too heavy
-Can be had fairly cheap

Cons: -Not loud enough for my liking (can't take any points off for that though)

Recommendation: I've run these hubs in a set of Mavic TN719s for a while now and haven't had any issues out of them.

Pros: Last forever. Spray them with a hose repeatedly.

Cons: None.

Recommendation: Had these hubs for years, no problem. Quiet and very durable.
