Recommendation: I really hate to give any Ritchey product a bad review as I've been using their gear on my bikes since about 1989. But, I was on ride #2 with these bars and had no accident. I tapped a few tree gates, but nothing even high speed....if you were to ride with me, you'd know. I was loading up and something caught my eye on the bars. I thought it was the light hitting the carbon fibers and I ran my hand past it. I got a fingerfull of carbon splinters. Yep, the bars were broken. I don't believe this was a matter of having anything torqued too tight as I checked when I got home with my trusty Pedro's Demi Wrench. Maybe it was a one in a million. That's what I hope anyway. I've put on another Ritchey bar to replace this one as I really do trust them. This time, I found a WCS version. We'll see how that works out.
