Pros: Stiff, light, has been very tough, more space to mount lights and accessories than other oversize bars.

Cons: A little spendy but worth it

Recommendation: This was my first oversize bar, and my first carbon fiber mountain bike handle bar. The difference in control and stability is amazing. Without all the flex in the bar and stem I feel much more connected to my front wheel allowing better control on root maze switchbacks and baby head rock gardens. Even at my porkier weight of 190 pounds I never felt the bar flexing like my old aluminum bars did. This bar seems to have more room for grips/shifters/brake levers than some of the other oversize bars I have seen. This was very handy for a while when I had to use an older light system with a non-oversized mount; I just clamped it on right next to the brake lever and rode on. I like the tribal style graphics and the red letters on carbon give an understated look that is hard to find on mountain bike parts. If you are old school and like bar ends this bar has inserts to prevent crushing.
