Pros: Inexpensive

Cons: Allows dust to get through

Recommendation: Tried this on my reba, worked ok but still allows dirt to get in. And then it's trapped in there. Switched to a small poly fender. I think a fender is better because you can then easily wash the fork stanchions.

Pros: Keeps all the grime off my stanchions which means my oil seals/dust wipers will last longer.

Cons: None

Recommendation: A must have to increase longevity of shocks.

Pros: Keeps forks clean and clear of mud and grime
Secure and haven't moved since installation

Cons: PITA to get on, helps if you remove the front wheel

Recommendation: Having ridden through a few gross and muddy nights, I wanted to protect as much of my bike as possible. I picked these up to help keep the forks clean and operating smoothly.

So far, they've been great. I'll likely take them off when winter is over, and use them only if conditions are going to be gross.
