Model/Year: 2012

Pros: Solid, dependable, spin well.

Cons: None

Recommendation: Great value. There may be some slightly better or cooler looking pedals out there, but for $40 this is a fantastic upgrade. With my 510 stealth shoes I stay glued to these.

Model/Year: VP-001

Pros: These are very grippy and the price wasn't crazy bad, good for an entry level studded flat pedal. With some good shoes these pedals will not let go!

Cons: These are anodized aluminum for weight savings, they will scratch and chip with pedal strikes. It hasn't been a huge deal for me though, I'd expect these to wear out a fair amount. I've had them for 2 years and still going strong though!

Model/Year: VP Components VP-Vice Pedals

Pros: With so many options in Superior grip low profile platform pedals to choose from with all the different price points I chose these. These pedals are incredibly super "grippy", easy to install, and light weight. I'd highly recommend anyone looking for a jumping off point to these pedals to try them out.

Cons: They like all the others WILL scratch and cut your shins, calves, and ankles. It's just going to happen. So I don't even know if this is even a Con. lol
