Shifts well and the initial lubrication that it comes out of th box with works incredibly well.
Looses it's shine after about 200 miles. Like every chain, this one needs to be wiped down right out of the box. If you don't, it'll pick up more dirt bags than a 14 y/o girl at a Frat party.
Not my favorite chain out there because Shimano uses pins instead of some sort of powerlink like SRAM. Luckily it is compatible with them so it is not a major issue. Haven't had problems breaking them. Just wish they stayed shiny longer.
