Pros: Convenient
light
There when you need it

Cons: if you drop it, good luck finding it.

Recommendation: This is a great thing to have in the bottom of your pack for those emergency moments when your chain breaks or you bend a link. Easy to use and too cheap not to buy one.

Model/Year: 2012

Pros: I carry a spare one with me all the time. Though I have not had to use mine yet, my riding partner has used his on several occasions, and it is so easy for him to use. Having several powerlinks can turn a bad situation into a good one real quick. The price is much better of course than carrying and buying a whole new chain. Once replaced, seems to hold up real nice with no catching of the chain during pedaling.

Recommendation: i would recommend this product.

Pros: - easy to carry on a ride
- very easy to use
- can buy tools to make use easier
- tooless use

Cons: not having one when you need one!

Recommendation: I carry one of these with me in my Camebak at all times. I went thru a rash of chain breakages with Shimano chain this past season. I had always used Shimano only because that is what any LBS I went to handed me when I asked for a 9 speed MTB chain. Finally fed up I swapped to SRAM and this wonderful little piece of awesomeness!
