Model/Year: 2013

Pros: Smooth and quiet shifting

Cons: Durability...I've broken 2 of these cassettes in the last year. Both cassettes broke at the rivets where the 4,5, and 6 cog are fastened to the spider.

Recommendation: When it works, it works well. When it breaks on a steep climb, it sucks...

Model/Year: 2011

Pros: Lightweight
Slow Wear

Cons: None

Recommendation: Great ratio of gears. It is lightweight. Wears very slow.

Pros: smooth shifting, solid yet lightweight design

Cons: nothing yet

Recommendation: I overlooked upgrading my cassette far too long. This is much better than the stock SRAM cassette and saved some weight too

Pros: Ran this for 5 seasons. Seamless shifting. Even in race situations.

Cons: Kind of expensive to replace.

Recommendation: Great longevity and shift feel.

Pros: Light, shifts great, makes every stock bike feel better (unless they have an XTR stock). If you run a 9 speed drivetrain... you should probably be running this (or the XTR) cassette.

Cons: It doesn't come stock on most bikes (it's cheaper for bike co. to instal the SRAM PG970's)

Recommendation: Find a gear ratio you like, instal it and ride it until your legs fall off.

Pros: light weight and looks great when its clean. replaceable cogs are convenient. strong and durable

Cons: none yet

Recommendation: just upgraded to this cassette and i am very happy. with regular cleaning and maintenance this cassette works the same as it did on day one.

Pros: Superlight cassette. looks sweet in nickel plated too!

Cons: none at all.

Recommendation: Very smooth shifting, looks super great. Regular maitenance and this things works like its brand new everytime. I upgraded to this rear cassette from a stock one and it hasn't let me down.

Pros: Lightweight. Shift great. Replaceable cogs. Offered in two different sprocket ranges.

Cons: NOT cheap but you won't be disappointed either.

Recommendation: A sweet shifting, good looking, and very lightweight cassette. Lasts longer than Shimano's lower end products but still needs love after the ride to keep it performing like the day you bought it. You can easily find one in the $60 range so it's not going to break the bank either.

Pros: Light, smooth flawless shifting

Cons: expensive

Recommendation: If these could be like 50 bucks cheaper I would be very happy. As it is I get about 1 season of riding out of one. I am not a maintenance freak though, so maybe if you clean your chain more than me it will last longer.
