Pros: Light Weight
New Technology

Cons: Cost

Recommendation: Fast, accurate, percise are all good descriptions for the XX series cassette from SRAM. Plus this thing is a work of art with its one piece construction...still dont know how they do it!

Pros: Uber light weight. This cassette is half what a regular cassette weight. The open design helps eleminate crud build up

Cons: High cost. Tends to make a bit more clunk noises due to it's open design.

Recommendation: Super light weight cassette, perfect the elite rider or the person who just wants the best and lightest. The only down side comes when its time to replace. Performance is great as the shifting ramps efficiently shift up as well as drop down. The open design allows a major amount of crud to fall through without packing in between the gears.
