Model/Year: 2019 Process CR/DL

Pros: Loves back wheel. Burley enough for park, spry enough for backyard trails. Super-fun, all-round party bike

Cons: Chainstays flare wayyy out to accommodate boost spacing. Constant battle with scuff marks. Wrap that sucker before you take an inaugural ride. Climbs well-enough for me (I suck). May not be as nimble for you mountain goats.

Recommendation: Nimble and burley, all rolled into one sick package. The new suspension layout lets it thrive in steep and technical downhill, but isn't a slouch in a climb or challenging your buddies to a game of B.I.K.E. on some skinnies. I love a bike with short chainstays, but this one just might make you a convert as well.

Pros: Affordable do all Enduro bike Workhorse

Cons: Upper and lower seat stays are a little wide. I have banged my ankles up pretty good multiple times. Will not fit plus size tires in rear.

Recommendation: One of the funnest and fastest Enduro bikes I have ever owned. I can hang on the back wheel of the world's finest s-works downhill bikes at the resort. It may not be faster than a full-blown downhill bike. At the end of the day a full-blown downhill bike Cannot drop me on any ride through any Trail condition.

Model/Year: 2014

Pros: - The most fun mountain bike I've ever owned
- Great geometry
- Burly build
- Can take much bigger hits than I can dish out
- Durable

Cons: - Weight
- Can wander on really steep climbs

Recommendation: This is my current desert island bike. Even though it's too much bike for 90% of my rides, it's a shit ton of fun, and pedals pretty well for a long-travel trail bike.

Model/Year: 2016

Pros: - Strong frame, the rear end feels great when your throwing it hard into corners.
- Comes with a solid Shimano 1x11 XT drivetrain. (Crankset is actually Raceface affect)
- Shimano Deore brakes are better than expected.
- 140 Pike fork is awesome, how they put so many high quality parts on a bike under 4k is certainly a great value.
- The Monarch rear shock is very nice as well.
- Dropper post, its awesome, how did I ever ride without one?

Cons: There only two things that I feel most serious riders are likely to replace on the is bike.

1. The weeks, although the wtb st i29s are a good rim I the are on the heavy side and keep the bike from feel light on the climbs. This will undoubtably be my first upgrade.
2. The crack, Raceface has some nice products but the affect is not the top of their food chain so to speak. For those looking to bring this bike to another level I would imagine replacing the crack would go a long way.

Recommendation: If you are looking for a bike with a TON of value and you have about 4K look no further. Kona has done an amazing job with this bike and it going to be hard to find a better brand new bike for the money. Of course if you have a little extra you could opt for the supreme model which comes with better wheels and the xx1 drivetrain. The bottom line is you won't be disappointed if you decided to buy this bike. Happy riding.

Model/Year: 2014

Pros: Super plush and comfortable. The build kit is dialed and ready to shred.

Cons: A little heavy and lacks a second water bottle mount.

Recommendation: If enduro is your thing, this bike is a great choice. I give it a 3.5 for climbing but a 5 for descending!

Pros: This bike will eat up everything on down hill. Great components for the price. It's a lot of fun to ride.

Cons: It's not bad for climbing but it does take some effort

Recommendation: I love this bike. Best purchase I've made.
