Extreme trails cycle challenge is a group set up by mountain bikers for mountain bike riders. As a group we organise and host mountain bike events to raise funds for local charities.

In 2016/17 we will be organising several events in support of the Yorkshire Children's Trust to enable them to continue their vital work in the yorkshire area.

Our next event is to be held over 48 hours on the 18th/19th June 2016. The event is a coast to coast challenge and will take us from St Bees on the West coast and finally finish at Robin Hood Bay on the East coast covering a total of 175.8 miles with a fantastic mix of on and off road action.
The route has been split into 10 stages, On day one we will undertake the first 6 stages covering a total distance of 97.2 miles with 5 scheduled stops. After a challenging day we will be spending the night at a excellent 4 star hostel with a fully licensed bar and restaurant. Day two will see us taking on the last 4 stages covering the remaining 78.6 miles with 3 scheduled stops. As you can imagine this is no easy feet, BUT IT IS A ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE.......
