Would you like to learn the basics of mountain biking? This is a beginner's let's get started course!
On this half day course, you will learn the essential skills for getting started on your mountain biking journey. You will gain knowledge of how to perform the fundamental skills correctly, building confidence in a fun, safe and relaxed environment. Once the skills are mastered, we will practise them on short local trails, allowing you to apply what you have learned and linked it all together.
Who is this course for? For those new to riding and keen to learn the fundamentals or individuals who have been riding for a while but not sure of what they are meant to do and when!
