Georgia Mountain Trails Partnership is very proud to host the first annual
"7 Trails Fest" on April 25-26, 2020 at 518 River Street in Ellijay, GA.
Georgia Mountain Trails Partnership (GMTP) is a non-profit organization with a mission to create outdoor recreation opportunity, connect communities and trails, promote quality of life, and to protect our natural resources.
Gilmer County is where the legendary Appalachian Trail begins at Springer Mountain and we are proud to be a designated AT Trail Community.
Gilmer County is also the Mountain Biking capital of Georgia.
The "7 Trails Fest" will take place on 18 acres with the Cartecay River
bordering the back of the property.
On the "Main Trail Stage" there will be highly specialized speakers covering many topics concerning all types of trails, trail activities, and trail gear. Live bands and musicians will also be playing throughout the two day festival on the "Main Trail Stage"
Ellijay is located 75 minutes north of Atlanta and 60 minutes from Marietta, easy access from Highway 515 and to the beautiful mountains of North Georgia.
5 of our most popular Vineyards in Gilmer County will be providing their wines.
An exciting social media campaign will be made and the broadcasting will attract thousands of people from Atlanta to Chattanooga.
And, yes, Bigfoot will make an appearance...
