Have you been riding for a few years but never had any skills instruction? Are you looking for a refresher of the fundamentals? Or are you new to mountain biking and looking for a big boost in your riding confidence?
Learn the foundational skills like body position, effective braking, wheel lifts, and navigating obstacles. Your certified instructor will provide you with one on one feedback so you can ASK QUESTIONS!
*Please note, this curriculum is specifically designed for adult learners. We recommend riders under age 15 attend with a parent or adult (minimum age 11).
