7 hour long mountain bike clinic.
Our small group clinics allows for specific mtb goals for each rider to be met
Skills covered are bike set-up, balance, braking, gear selection, body position, cornering, switch backs,variance of the skills, wheel lifts, and followed by application of the skills on the trail.
For the full day core fundamentals there will be greater application of the skills out on the trail. There will also be more focus on rear wheel placement, and slow speed techniques.
The clinic is progression based skill building. Meaning, that there are progressions for each skill. So that each level of rider can progress and challenge within their own ability.
